Symptoms
After logging into PeopleSoft in French, when you click on the 'Add to Favorites' or 'Add to NavBar' option from the Action List in the Fluid banner, the 'Add to' dialog opens fine (still in French). However, the 'Add' button text is in English.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PeopleSoft in French.
2. Navigate to any component/page and select the option 'Add to Favorites' or 'Add to NavBar', from the Action List in the Fluid banner.
3. The modal dialog to 'Add to' opens up.
4. The 'Add' button has its label in English, rather than in French.
