REPLICATION STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change historical definition
2. Add asset via Express Add
3. Run AM_DEPR_CALC and review Process Monitor for success
4. Run Create Accounting Entries for asset created in Step # 2 and review Process Monitor for success
5. Query Dist_Ln table, Hist_Part_Brl_4 is empty
