Symptoms
When an employee accesses a Health Benefit from the Fluid Benefits Summary on the Benefits Details tile, the link offering the employee the ability to edit Covered Dependents information is not active.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee opens the Benefits Summary on the Benefits tile (Navigation: Employee Self Service > Benefits tile > Benefits Summary).
2. Employee selects a Health Benefit item on the Summary.
3. There is no active link to edit Covered Dependents information.
