PeopleBook Excerpt:

Upon Creating journals online for different business units with Journal ID specified as NEXT or when Journals created by the Journal Generator/other batch processes for different Business units, same journal ID is not assigned across different business units or different journal dates. Journal IDs are generated in a sequence across the business units.

Is it possible to automatically assign same Journal ID across different business units or across different Journal dates ?
