GPESP - Field "Importe De Gastos" Is Not Filled In "Certificado De Haberes ESP" - GPESTAX1 (Doc ID 2655310.1)

Symptoms

The Social Security costs are not being printed in the tax deduction report for non-resident employees that keeps paying Social Security contributions.
The field "Importe de Gastos" is not filled in "Certificado de Haberes ESP" - GPESTAX1 where the employee TAX is IRNR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In February, an employee from de HFV Fiscal Territory changes to International Mobility on 01/01/2020.
    Global Payroll&Absence Mgmt > Payee data > Taxes > Maintain Tax Data ESP
2. Taxes change from IRPF to IRNR with Social Security calculations.
3. February payroll has been calculated and, in PS_GPES_EXPT_RSLT record, the results are reverted in GPES_SSTC_CT_EE and GPES_SS_CT_EE_ADJ (taxes in GPES_TAX2_RSLT are reverted)
4. When the “Certificado de Haberes ESP” – (GPESTAX1) is ran, the field “Importe de los Gastos” is not filled.
