Symptoms
In Fluid Benefit Enrollment, the Waive option does not display for Disability Plan Types (3x) if a Benefit Plan and Deduction Code is entered on that option on the Plan Type and Options page of the Benefit Program.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee opens Benefit Enrollment through Life Event or Open Enrollment Activity Guides or directly from the Benefits Enrollment tile (Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage > Benefits Details tile or Open Enrollment tile.
2. Employee selects either Short-Term or Long-Term Disability tile.
