Symptoms

When an employee creates a Life Event in Fluid Self Service, for a Plan Type that offers only a single Benefit Plan and Waive, the employee is offered only the Benefit Plan. For that same Event, an administrator sees both the Benefit Plan and Waive on the Participant Election page in On-Demand Event Maintenance.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee creates a Life Event (Navigation: Employee Self Service > Benefits Details tile > Life Events).
2. Employee proceeds through the event to Benefits Enrollment.
3. Employee creates the Benefits Administration Event.
4. Employee selects the affected Plan Type.
