Symptoms

Whenever users click the approvals page from a navigation collection, and select a transaction type, the left panel automatically collapses and when users click the transaction, the left panel expands but without any toggles for users to collapse.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Step 1: Add Approvals page in existing collection
Add Approvals in any existing navigation collection.
For this demo, add the approvals page to the delivered “Update Team Information”

Step 2: Enable collapsible panel
Enable collapsible panel for the navigation collection.
In structure and content, navigate to Update Team Information and append the parameter(&PanelCollapsible=Y)

Testing:
Login as a Manager with any pending transaction for approval.
a. Logged in as Manager
b. Go to MSS Dashboard
c. Click Update Team Information Tile
d. You will see that it is now collapsible.
e. Click Approvals page
f. You can see that there will now be 2 collapsible panels.
g. Click Ad Hoc Salary Change
h. After clicking, you will notice that the panel will collapse, and the search result label will change from “All” to “Ad Hoc Salary Change”
i. Click the transaction itself
j. You will then be taken to the actual transaction and an issue occurs.

The toggle disappears and now there’s no way to collapse the left panel in order to view the entire page.

Due to this issue, users cannot use the collapsible toggle on a particular page
