E-PUM: PUM Image Native OS Windows Installation Failed at Deploying Oracle Server Components with “change from 'absent' to 'present' failed: Cloning of oracle home ” (Doc ID 2656433.1)

When attempting to install FSCM PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) Image 35 Native OS on Windows on PeopleTools 8.58.02, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Download Native OS Windows FSCM PUM installation files

2. Start installation

3. Fails at step "Deploying Database Server Components" with above error
