EGL9.2: While Accessing 'My Recon By Due Date' And 'My Recon By Status' Tiles Getting "Unable to access the underlying query datasource (268,54)" Error if no Data is Available

Extracted the Bug 30692634 from the patch and applied to our Demo (IFSYFDEM) and Development (IFSYFD2V) environments.
a. My Recon by Status is working.
b. My Recon by Due Date is not working.
In Development, it's different.
a. My Recon by Status is not working.
b. My Recon by Due Date is working but when we click on tile, there appears an error message.
