When defining a change package on Virtual Box FSCM 92 PUM Image 35 and selecting "All Other Search Criteria" the PUM PIA web page times out.

This only occurs when "All Other Search Criteria" is selected in PUM Image.

Looking at "top" command in the VBOX console shows process by user oracle2 is taking 100% cpu.

The following error is seen in PIA after timeout

The following error may also appear in the TUXLOG

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Deploy FSCM PUM Image 35 VBOX DPK
2. Navigate to the PUM's PIA to define a new package
3. Choose "All Other Search Criteria"
4. Observe to issue occur
