Cancelling The Benefits Document Upload Window Causes a Blank Page

Symptoms
A blank page appears after cancelling the popup window for the Document Upload page. Navigation: Benefits > Review Employee Benefits > Document Upload.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Login in as a Benefits Administrator and go to Benefits > Review Employee Benefits > Document Upload.
Step 2: Click Search.
Step 3: Click on an Employee, the window for viewing attachments appears.
Step 4: Click on Cancel, the ‘x’ on the top right of the window.
A blank screen appears.
