Symptoms
Performance issue on Commitment Control Enter Budget Journal page while loading large journals.
Steps to Replicate:
In PIA navigate to Main Menu > Commitment Control > Budget Journals > Enter Budget Journals. From Search results, click on a journal having large number of rows.
