Disability Accommodation Request Page Needs EMPL_RCD and HR _STATUS On Workforce Administration Search Page To Select Correct Record (Doc ID 2657401.1)

There are two delivered accesses to the page

Menu ADMINISTER_WORKFORCE_(GBL) Component DISABILITY Search page
ADMINISTER_WORKFORCE > DISABILITY does not have the 2 fields needed to get the right record  -- EMPL_RCD and HR_STATUS

However,

Menu REPORT_USA_REGULATIONS Component  ACCOMMODATION_DATA Search page
REPORT_USA_REGULATIONS > ACCOMMODATION_DATA does have the 2 fields.

Steps:

1. Login as Workforce Administrator
2. Go to  Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Disability > Disabilities > Accomm Request
3. Enter EMPLID > Search
4. Page opens > click Accom Request Tab
5. Finding: appears to default to the empl_rcd = 0.  

However, this may not be the Active Record, or may be one of multiple Active Records, associated with a particular Department.
There is no way for the user to choose the correct EMPLID_RCD to apply the Disability Accommodation Request.
