Financial Aid Comment, Communication or Checklist is Assigned to Wrong Aid Year (Doc ID 2657653.1)

Symptoms

After adding a FINA comment, communication or checklist for a new aid year, when viewing the record on the Financial Aid status page, the record will show as being linked instead to an older aid year.

This issue is the same as what is described in more detail in archived <Note 660150.1> that pertains to all variable data, with FINA used as an example. That issue was eventually fixed in Campus Solutions 9.0, but a corresponding fix wasn't delivered for CS 9.2.
