E-CRM: 'All My Favorite Solutions' Tab Shows All Solutions, Instead Of Only Showing My Favorite Solutions (Doc ID 2657898.1)

All possible solutions are returning when the user selects "All My Favorite Solutions" subtab under Solution page from a case. Only solutions marked as favorite should display to the user.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Install PUM18, as this functionality was introduced in PUM18 to CRM Helpdesk and Support modules.
  2. Log into CRM Helpdesk and open a case.
  3. Go to the Solutions tab and search for some solutions.
  4. Mark some solution as Favorites by selecting the star icon. SAVE.
  5. Logout. Login.  Go to the same case. Open Solutions tab and select "All My Favorite Solutions" subtab. All solutions are returning.
