HCM 9.2: Select All and Deselect All Links Should be Disabled on Notepad (Doc ID 2658176.1)

Symptoms

In PeopleSoft HCM DEMO customer turned off Allow Deletions and Allow Transfers in Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Maintain Textpad and Notepad > Configure HR Notepad > HHR- Job.

The customer added Notepad entries for Emplid PU001 on the 01/01/2016 Job row (Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data).

The Select All and Deselect All links were visible even though Transfer and Deletions are not available.

The Select All and Deselect All should only be visible when at least one of the Transfer or Deletion options are turned on.

NOTE: In the example above, EmplID and customer name represent a fictitious sample (based upon made up data used in the HCM DEMO environment).  Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.
