E-PerfMon: Performance Monitor Does Not Capture PMU 108 Sign Off (Doc ID 2659343.1)

Symptoms

In Performance Monitor, customer seeing the PMU 109 (user login), but does not see the PMU 108 (user logout).

Lack of PMU 108 causes concurrent user counts to be inflated and no rows are found with pm_trans_defn_id=108 in tables PSPMTRANSHIST or PSPMTRANSCURR.
