Full Data Publish of USER_PROFILE Message Creates Incorrect XML in Campus Solutions 9.2 (Doc ID 2661684.1)

Last updated on MARCH 15, 2022

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Campus Community - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Issue has been reported in Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM 16.

The Full Data Publish of USER_PROFILE message creates a XML that is correct for the first user, but incorrect for all the other users after that. The first user will contain all the PSROLEXLATOPR and PSOPRDEFN data. For all the other users there is no PSOPRDEFN data present. It's expected that the full sync should contain this data.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Configure the USER_PROFILE message to publish the message based on documentation provided by OIM on Full reconciliation
  2. Enterprise Components -> Integration Definitions -> Full Data Publish
  3. Navigate to PeopleTools -> Integration Broker -> Service Operations Monitor -> Asynchronous Message
  4. Verify that the XML is not correct for all users
