Additional Item Costs not Included in Cost Rollup/Revalue (Doc ID 2661720.1)

Symptoms

Additional Item costs are not all included in the Cost Rollup and Cost Revalue processes.

Steps to Reproduce Issue
1.  Define multiple additional ‘Burden’ Cost Elements to an item to account for the total ‘expense Percentage’ for an item ID (Cost Accounting > Item Costs > Define Rates and Costs > Additional Item Costs)
2.  Run cost rollup  (Cost Accounting > Item Costs > Update Costs > Cost Rollup)
3.  Run  revaluation process (Cost Accounting > Item Costs > Update Costs > Cost Update/Revalue)
4.  The three steps above work as designed in that the multiple burden cost elements are rolled into one(1) cost element burden code with the correct value/cost amount.  The issue is with the rollup and revaluation of the sub-assembly/item ID this item belongs to. The final cost of this sub-assembly item ID (parent sub-assembly) will only include the value or cost of the first burden entry found to the ‘SUBASSEMBLY’ item ID.   It should include all burden amounts.
