Symptoms

In order to provide equal access to information in standard and screen reader mode, it is recommended that a consolidated view of job openings (the one we use in standard mode) and table view (the one we use in screen reader mode)be provided in both modes that can be controlled easily. This would make standard and screen reader mode work the same and would be easier to support and would allow the user to choose which mode works better for what they are trying to accomplish.  It is easier to navigate with the keyboard in standard mode and easier to read in table mode.

This idea stems from the fact that an external user is using the application and we don't know what assistive devices they are using and their overall competency with using assistive devices so allowing them to pick which mode works better.
