E-PIA: Favorites Menu Not Translating Titles to the Right Language (Doc ID 2662309.1)

Goal

When adding a page to my favorites, and then logging back in using another language preference, page names are not being translated to the new language. Pages are being left in whatever language they were saved in

For Example:
1. Using English: Added User Profiles in my favorites
2. Logged out of my account
3. Login again to use Simplified Chinese.

When checking the Favorites menu, the title is still displayed in English text.  When clicking the English link, the resulting page is in Chinese. The translation works on the page, but the page name in the favorites menu is left in English.
