STP - Belgium and Netherlands Address causes issues with no Address 1 in STP Preparation and File
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Update the Australian Payroll Employee address as Belgium/Netherlands.
2) Process the Payroll.
3) Run the STP Preparation Process.(GPAU_STP_PRC)
4) Observe the error generated in the validation Report.
