Symptoms

When attempting to create a change package with "All Unapplied Updates for Installed Products" using command line in Linux the following error occurs.




The issue can be reproduced at will by running the following command line: ./changeassistant.sh -MODE UM -ACTION CPCREATE -UPD CS92SAND_PUM16
