Grades Synced From LMS Don't All Populate Because Of Different Grading Basis

On Campus Solutions 9.2 grades imported from a third party do not sync up with the Grade Roster.
After the Grade Roster is generated a student is allowed to change from a Graded to Pass / Fail grading basis. When Grades are imported from the third party, grades for those that changed their grading basis are blank on the Grade Roster.
The issue can be replicated with the following steps:
- Generate a Grade Roster
- Students change their grading basis from Graded to Pass / Fail
- Grades are imported from the Third Party system
- The imported grade for students that changed their grading basis to Pass / Fail are not reflected on the Grade Roster
