ELA9.2: Upon Retirement of Asset After a Back Dated Lease Amendment Getting "SQL error in Exec. (2,280)" Error

Symptoms
Getting an error on retirement of Lease Asset after a back dated amendment is processed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Operating Lease created for 1 year & processed for 5 periods.
2. Added a backdated amendment to increase base rent with transaction date 01st Apr & Accounting date 01st jun.
3. Process Lease for 6 period.
4. Retire Lease with accounting date as 1st Jul and Transaction date as 1st Feb
