Symptoms
No signing details are shown when the user click the Get e-Signature button a second time
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Document Management
Open an Existing Contract Document
2. Click Get e-Signature status (Signing Details are displayed)
3. Click Get e-Signature status again
Issue :
Signing Details are not displayed
Note : The customer configured Adobe Esign system on the Configure OAuth page
