Symptoms

Country_fullsync's were published but the messages have blank xml.

The issue can be replicated at the following steps.

  1. Go to Integration Broker>Service Operation Monitor>Monitoring>Asynchronous Service Operation
  2. Look for Country_fullsync service operation
  3. Click one of the messages published and View XML
