Enrollment Verification Report Not Showing Current Program of Study When Student Is on Leave (LOA) (Doc ID 2663520.1)

Symptoms

When the user attempts to add (RLOA) Return from Leave of Absence to the student and run the enrollment verification report. The  enrollment verification report not showing current program of study.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan
  2. Search Student ID
  3. Enter Program Action= RLOA
  4. Save the Changes
  5. Navigation Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Verification > Enrollment Verification
  6. Run the Enrollment Verification Report
