GPESP: Incorrect Income Estimation For an Employee with Company Change During the Year

Symptoms
If an employee changes company in the middle of the year, the IRPF percentage calculation is incorrect because the incomes and deductions made with the initial company are not taken into consideration.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure the IRPF regularization Schedule is marked for all months.
2. Calculate January and February for employee an employee.
3. On the 1st of March, change the company for this employee.
4. Run March payroll and check the content for table GPES_TAX_RSLT. The income estimation does not take into account the incomes of the initial company.
During the investigation it has been discovered another issue with related to using year to date accumulators that are keyed by Company:
- GEN AC RETJ CNYG
- GEN AC RETJ ALIM
