Symptoms

When generating an Award, The following error messages are received.

 Replication Steps.

Possible Replication Steps on the Grants side. The issue cannot be reproduced in Demo as there were some customizations and data did not get populated correctly in custom tables the first time generating the award.

1. When generating an award, the action failed due to customizations.
2. Then when trying to generate that award a second time, the above error messages were received.

On further analysis, the issue can be reproduced using Component Interface tester on the Project Costing side.
1. Open Application Designer, Open PROJECT_GENERAL CI
2. Tools > Test Component Interface
3. Under the Create New section, enter BU as 'CAN01' and PROJECT_ID as 'CAN01' and click on Create New. In Demo, PS_PC_GEN_ADD has the Project CAN01/CAN01. We are using the same values
4. The above error messages pop up.
5. The message "Out of available memory" does not really explain the problem and it is misleading. It would be more accurate to say that "Data already exists" rather than the "Out of available memory" message.
