In DocuSign, the Email Subject does not have a Document Name after the PUM 33 upgrade (Doc ID 2664926.1)

Symptoms


The subject of the email did not specify the attached contract document name for DocuSign after the PUM 33 upgrade.  The subject of e-mail should be obtained from "Send Document for Signing" page

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and Approve General Contract
2. Add Document
3. Click Import Document
4. Add information and file
5. Click Done with Import
6. Click Reset To Dispatch
7. Click Prepare and Route for e-Signature
8. Enter email information
9. Click Send
Document Sent for e-Signature
Received email
Issue :  Email Subject does not display the contract document name
