ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Time & Labor Batch Approval process TL_APPRV_AE takes about 7hrs to complete . This issue did not occur with TL_APPRV_AE on PUM25 or after upgrading to full image PUM31.

Once the selective bug fixes from PUM32 related to timeadmin performance were added , timeadmin performance got better but TL_APPRV_AE performance seems to have worsened.
