Symptoms

On : PCM10 version, Managing Environments

Customer is unable to Import a PeopleSoft environment running on Windows through the Peoplesoft Cloud Manager in OCI and getting the following error while DB import.

Import environment fails with the error

Java Exception: com.peoplesoft.pa.cl.common.SshException: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Auth fail: during call of com.peoplesoft.pa.cl.envimport.ImportUtility.initialMTDiscovInstance.
