ETL92: Time Approved Does Not Reflect On Report Time Status Page

Symptoms
Time approved does not reflect on report time status page: when there more than 1 row to approve on Manage Time tile and the manager approves the Second row , all the row status are changed in "Pending Approval".
This issue is only happening if the approved time is the second line entry by employee.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee submit 2 time entries in Employee Self Service ->Time->Enter Time (i.e "Volunteer Time" and "Bereavement")
2. Manager approves the time on Manage Time tile only for the 2nd time line "Bereavement".
Result: in Employee's daily time sheet, the status is "Pending Approvals" on both time entries instead of showing "Approved" status on 2nd time line "Bereavement"
