Student Can Delegate Access for the Same Parent (same Email Address) More Than Once (Doc ID 2665546.1)

Are students supposed to be able to  delegate access for the same parent (same email address) more than once?

When attempting to do so, there is no error; however, when then viewing details of any of the proxy details (duplicates) and trying to change (Check or Un-check) any of the Transaction Name values, the following error occurs:

The Contact Name Field cannot be changed as it results in the same error message. The Contact Email Address field is grayed out and cannot be changed from this screen.
