Symptoms

When logged in as an Employee, from Employee Self Service tile, if click My Forms Tile, receive an error message.

ERROR MESSAGE:

Service Operation EOFM_MENU is inactive. Sync request aborted. (2,883) EOFM_FL.Model.ContainerModel.OnExecute Name:loadMenu PCPC:587 Statement:14
Called from:EOFM_FL.Controller.ContainerController.OnExecute Name:loadMenu Statement:317
Called from:EOFM_FL.Controller.ContainerController.OnExecute Name:postBuild Statement:68
Called from:EOFM_CONTAINER_FL.GBL.PostBuild Statement:2

The PeopleCode program executed an Error statement, which has produced this message.


Steps to Replicate Issue:

1.  Log in as an Employee with role Form User (FORM_USER)
2.  Navigate to Employee Self Service Tile
3.  {click} My Form Tile and receive an error message
