EAR 9.2: Collections Workbench Contract Id Lookup Does Not Show Any Results. (Doc ID 2666923.1)

Symptoms

The Contract ID lookup on Collections Workbench becomes inoperable when visiting the page more than once in a session.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Collections Workbench
2. Click on the lookup for Contract and click Advanced Lookup (Note that the Customer ID field is available)
3. Click Cancel or  'X' to exit the modal window
4. Click Collections Workbench again to reload the page (you can also navigate elsewhere – like Home and come back)
5. Click the lookup for Contract (Note no results)
6. Click Advanced Lookup (Note Customer is blank and no longer available in the search)
