ELM 9.2: Assign Learning Objectives Page Displays all the Effective Date Rows of a Program on the Current Row

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When adding effective dated rows to an existing program and different objectives to the rows, on the Assign Learning Objectives page, for the objective added to the current effective date, more rows are present for the same program.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add new Rows to an existing program and on each row a different objective.
2.1 row in the past, 1 row with the current date, and the last one with a future date.
3. Navigate to Main Menu-> enterprise Learning -> Learning Objective -> Assign Learning Objective
4. When checking every objective, only the objective with the current date has information about the program, however, the information is displayed 3 times, for every row added to the program.
