Symptoms

After applying the fixes delivered in Patch 29890335 - 2020 - 2021 AID YEAR UPDATES FOR COD DL -and when attempting to run FAPCODIN to load inbound Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) files, the following error occurs:


The process may only fail when processing certain or most files, and not all files.
