Symptoms

With Microsoft SQL Server Database, in App Server log files, DEADLOCKS Errors  on Tables LM_S4_TRACK_INT, LM_S4_INT_OBJ, and LM_S4_INT_RSPTN

 

Example of Error Message in App Server log file: 

 Return:  8601 - [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL
Server]Transaction (Process ID 61) was deadlocked on lock | communication
buffer resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock
victim. Rerun the transaction. (SQLSTATE 40001) 1205

  Statement:  UPDATE PS_LM_S4_INT_RSPTN SET
