Workforce Insight Tiles In PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Don't Display Data After 8.56.21 PeopleTools Upgrade (Doc ID 2667796.1)

Symptoms

Workforce Insight Tiles in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 don't work after 8.56.21 PeopleTools upgrade. Clicking on each tile presents the data, but each tile is initially blank.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as admin. Navigate using Fluid to Workforce Administrator homepage > Workforce Insight tile
2. All tiles within Workforce Insight tile do not show data
3. After clicking tiles such as "Current Headcount", Pivot Grid data is shown normally
