Create Module Not Copying United Kingdom HECoS Codes When Adding A New Row (Doc ID 2667879.1)

Symptoms

Testing in our Campus solutions 9.2 database for the International Feature Higher Education Statistics Agency   (HESA)  we noted that  some fields  related to the Higher Education Classification of Subjects (HECoS) are not being copied when we run the create module feature.
from  Records and Enrollment >Hesa reporting > Hesa returns setup > create module
 
Leaving the following fields blank

SSR_HE_COSTCENTRE from SSR_HE_CRSE_HEC record
SSR_HE_HECOS from SSR_HE_CRSE_HEC
SSR_HE_DESCR254 from SSR_HE_COSTCNV2
SSR_HE_SUBJECT_PER from SSR_HE_CRSE_HEC
SSR_HE_DESCR254 from SSR_HE_HECOS2VW

Note : The HESA subject grid appears to be correctly populated 

The problem is the HECoS Subject GRID
