Symptoms
ePerformance Workcenter Navigation panel not refreshing
The navigation steps on the left side of the workcenter are not getting updated as user moves the document along the process. The confirmation page is displayed as the user takes action using the buttons at the top right side of page (share with employee, request acknowledgement, submit for approval, etc), however the left side of the page that includes the steps in the activity are not getting updated when the confirmation page is getting confirmed.
The issue can be reproduced at will by the following steps:
- Log into PIA
- Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Performance Document > Current Document and select any document
- Perform a transaction to the document and save.
- The step and tasks is not getting updated once the document is saved.
