Symptoms
With the Fluid Open Enrollment (OE) Activity Guide, when an employee logs in to self service to make an election, instances are now created on the Manage Benefits Instances Page (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Benefits Instances). However, OE events which have been finalized continue to have a status of "In-Process" on this page instead of being closed as happens with Life Events. Due to the massive amount of instances, the page is very slow to open.
