Symptoms
Session language French, a SQL error is triggered when searching for applicants by Alternate Character Name.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Recruiting, Search Applicants, fill in a name in Alternate character name field and the error is triggered.
2. This error is triggered only when session language is French.
