EPY: The State Of Oklahoma Does Not Have The Tax Rate For Head Of Household On The Tax Table (Doc ID 2669403.1)

Symptoms

The State of Oklahoma does not have the tax rates on the tax table for Head of household. 

The state of Oklahoma has to follow the Federal marital status rule for "H" head of household when calculating the taxes. The employee is error on the on-cycle process and off-cycle process when they attempt to change their Federal marital status to "H" head of household because the system automatically changes the status to "H" for Oklahoma marital status field on the employee tax data record.The Tax rate table does not have the tables for "H" head of household so this is causing the check to not process with the following error.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Federal Tax Data and State Tax Data for Oklahoma is set to "Head Of Household"
2. Create paysheets and run payroll calculation
3. Produces error message 000112 due to not find the tax rates for Head of Household for Oklahoma
