Fluid Benefits Open Enrollment (OE) Activity Guide Exit Does Not Return to Portal Interaction Hub (Doc ID 2669603.1)

Symptoms

When an employee, who is using Portal Technology to access HCM 9.2 Fluid Benefits Administration pages, clicks Exit from within the Fluid Open Enrollment Activity Guide, the Human Capital Management (HCM) Employee Self Service homepage opens.  The employee is not returned to the Portal Interaction Hub Employee Self Service homepage, which is the expected next step.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Employee opens the Portal Interaction Hub Employee Self Service homepage.
2. Employee selects the Open Enrollment tile on the page.
3. Employee clicks Exit to close the Open Enrollment Activity Guide.
4. Employee is returned to the HCM Employee Self Service homepage.
