Case Solution Text Search Produces Integration Gateway External System Contact Error (Doc ID 2670944.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to do solution text search on a case, the processing icon kept on spinning and eventually returns the following error.


Error Message:
Integration Gateway External System Contact Error (158, 10721).

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Open existing case
  2. Go to Solutions tab
  3. Put in keywords/text in Solution Text
  4. Click Search
