ABMGT: Push Alert Notification For Manager Remains If Administrator Deletes An Absence Request (Doc ID 2671412.1)

When an employee submits an absence request for approval, the push alert notification which is triggered to the manager still remains if the Administrator has deleted the request.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee submits absence request through respective self service pages or tiles.
2. Login as employee’s manager and confirm that the push alert for absence approvals appears as an actionable item for the user.
3. Login as Administrator and navigate to Create and Maintain Absences page and delete the absence  
4. Login as manager: The push alert is still visible for the manager as an actionable item.
