Symptoms

Issue reported on PT 8.56.18.
Per Doc ID 2353637.1, Transparent Application Failover (TAF) has been disabled in tnsnames.ora file.

When attempting to copy project to a database, after 3 previous copies to other 3 databases, the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Application Designer on the source database.
2. Open the Project to be copied to target databases.
3. Perform Copy Project to Database to 3 target databases.
4. Attempt to perform Copy Project to Database to a 4th target database.
5. Error is thrown:

"File: SQL Access ManagerSQL error. Stmt #: 2 Error Position: 0 Return: 8010 - Maximum number of connections exceeded."
